This platform opens doors to share a part of my personal story. To begin with, I have always enjoyed being in the kitchen and making people smile with the help of sweet treats. This is one way I find joy in my life. As an adult everything including our perspective is altered by our experiences. In January of 2020 we ironically did a series about joy at the church we attend, "What steals our Joy?". As I reflected on this at the time, I had no idea what else was instore for the coming year. I go back to that serious because I had a long list of fears, worries, and what if's that where thieves of my joy, even before covid. Thankfully, God found me in my struggles, and He didn't leave me there. You may be asking by now, "What does this have to do with a bakery?" Well, you see Jesus is our promise, our bridge to heaven in this broken world. While we are all sinners and fall short daily, I am so grateful to have a God who provides an abundance of love and grace and sent his son, Jesus, to bridge the gap. Previously I have worked in a local bakery for three years and currently work in a local school kitchen. You can find the bakery located by our town's "broken bridge". I am excited to provide fresh baked goods for your special occasion or everyday delight to help bring you joy. Hopefully you can find true never-ending joy from God.

John 16:33 (NLT) states: "I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world.
